TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Out of a deep-seated fear of the United States government’s desires to arbitrarily punish people for engaging in international commerce, MAF Corp will not accept any International Orders.

US ORDERS

By placing an order through our site, YOU affirm that YOU accept these Terms & Conditions and AGREE that YOU WILL NOT EXPORT any component of your order outside of the United States or to foreign countries, US territories, or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

MAF Corp. is not your lawyer, and can’t be responsible for whether you do or do not comply with whatever restrictions you live under in any of the United States’ thousands of distinct jurisdictions.

It is YOUR (the customer) responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction prior to purchasing or using MAF Corp. products. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they are in compliance with the law and will utilize the items in a lawful manner. MAF Corp. assumes no liability associated with the misuse of our products.

As MAF Corp. does not install the components we sell, we cannot guarantee they will function—satisfactorily or at all—when you or someone else uses them. We especially do not warranty any use of our products beyond the scope of what we sell them for.

MAF Corp. reserves the right to approve or deny any order that is placed and/or to limit quantities without giving any reason or notice. If your order is canceled, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or by phone using the information you provided when your order was placed.

MAF Corp.’s website was created by squishy humans and thus may contain errors and omissions. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. In the event an order with payment is received which was not placed online or through one of our representatives, the website price for items at the time of the order will prevail as the governing price.

Out of Stock Items

MAF Corp. may occasionally over-sell an item. In that event, we will contact you and offer a full refund, to wait, or an alternate if it is available.

Product Descriptions

In our unending quest to be transparent, we display multiple images and write detailed descriptions of the products we sell to provide you, the customer, with as much information as possible. However, due to the constraints of our physical realm, there may be differences. These differences are generally minor and can include: markings, size, color, overall condition, and more. If you have any questions about the items you have received please contact us at admin@maf-arms.com. We will be happy to talk you through the issue, explain details, tell you how handsome you look when ordering our products, and answer any questions about products on our website.

Returns / Refunds / Order Cancelations

We understand and we can process a refund or cancelation before your order has shipped. Bespoke DIY art kits costing hundreds of dollars is an emotional investment and can immediately trigger regret and buyers remorse spawning from a lack of confidence in your own ability to achieve your artistic desires. Buyers remorse is real, unfortunately so are credit card processing fees. These are fees leveled against us for the privilege of letting a gremlin secure your shekels for a few minutes before passing them onto us. To that end we find it necessary to charge a 5% restocking fee on all order cancelations and give you our sincere apology for forcing you to suffer this undeserved injustice of our obsolete financial system. Please contact us at admin@maf-arms.com with your refund request.

Unfortunately, due to the highly customizable and DIY nature of our art kits we generally do not accept returns or refunds once your order has shipped, but we may do so on a case by case basis. Please email admin@maf-arms.com and provide the specifics of your request and situation. Our customer service team will try and assist you.

Order Fulfilment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 7 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Incomplete Orders

Fulfilment is one of those never ending problem machines and errors sometimes happen despite how careful the logistic-unit assembly artists review the data sheets and components. Sometimes there is beauty in failure. If your package is unintentionally extra beautiful please contact us at admin@maf-arms.com so we can make it exactly as beautiful as we had originally intended.
