G17 Slide – Bronze, Standard, Blem, Stripped

Description

We did not make this slide. Someone left it on our doorstep. In a box. With kittens. We took the slide inside and left the kittens where they were, because they seemed capable and we had a slide to look at. It’s bronze. It gleams. It was tucked in among the blankets like it too was hoping for a home, and unlike the kittens, it got one. Nobody rang the bell. Nobody left a note. The kittens are out there somewhere, sorting themselves out, as kittens do. We believe in them. We’re selling the slide.

It’s a G17. It does G17 stuff. It goes clack. It’s got the RMR cut already milled in, so you can bolt a red dot up top and enjoy two ways to aim: the dot, and the ancient art of pointing.

Runs 9mm. Also runs .40 S&W, which the guy in the back swears is still a caliber people choose on purpose. We let him have this one.

It’s a blem. Somewhere on it is a little something. A speck. A scuff. A moment in its past it doesn’t talk about. We don’t know where, because we found it like this, pre-adventured, doorstep-delivered, kitten-adjacent. It works fine, it just showed up with stories. Paint it, don’t paint it, we’re not your dad.
