Our manufacturing partner gundrills each DD19 barrel one at a time using proper bearing-honing guides, back-taper tooling, and nose-geometry drills that produce a straight, true bore — part after part. After the drill, we polish with honing pads, then roller-burnish the bore to work-harden the surface and blend the highs into the lows for an ultra-smooth ~8 micron finish. It’s not mystical. It’s meticulous. It’s the kind of process that makes brass sit up and behave.

Chambered in 9mm and compatible with Glock 19 Gen 1–3 only. Thread pitch: 1/2×28. Thread protector not included.
