The Sunshine Rail – DD19.2 is the metal hardware kit that finishes a 3D-printed Glock-pattern frame. Front rail in tough-as-coffin-nails 7075 aluminum, rear rail precision-bent from stainless steel, front rail pin included. The two parts of your build you can’t print, kissed by the sweet Floridian sun.

Some filing and fitting may be required. The rails are intentionally on the upper end of the tolerance scale to accommodate printers that aren’t perfectly calibrated. With any DIY project, expect to do a little fit-and-finish work. If your print is dimensionally good, the rails go in clean. If your print isn’t, the rails still go in; they just want you to earn it.

I have ordered 2 sets of these. The first set came with a LPK and let me start of by saying it’s a decent set for the price, and it’s less expensive than other aftermarket parts on the market for a reason. The LPK is a gunsmith special, it will require adjustment to fit. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.
Now for the rails, the front is always great and super accurate ive had no problems with it. But the rear rail are so dull and bend super easily compared to p80 rails. The pin holes are hit or miss so make sure u use a drill to see where they line up. All in all I love the shipping times, super fast. I let admin know my experience and they basically told me go ask google how to fix. All I wanted was a replacement. But the quality of the parts are exactly what you pay for compared to others on the market.
